Comish bread dough - made without the baking powder & pressed with the Brigitte cutter - made into a sandwich cookie with Nutella in between!
They were such a hit at Back To School night. They had Checchio on one side and Haley (my teammates last name) on the other.
There were only a few leftovers and I had colleagues even sneaking some away to save for later ;o)
