My house smelled SO good. The meal really hit the spot - made a dreary day into a cozy one.

Sunday Dinner
My friend Josiah is staying with me while he's in between residences, and lucky for me, he's a fabulous cook! Our weather has gone from too hot to too cold, and yesterday was super gloomy. Feeling the need for comfort food, Josiah cooked up a yummy pot roast in a red wine/cream of mushroom soup with mushrooms and carrots. He also made incredible mashed red potatoes with just a touch of garlic.
