Fancy Schmancy Dinner

How's this for Monday Night Dinner:  Black Truffle Risotto, Fillet Mignon with Black Truffle Butter Sauce, & Spinach Salad with Pomegranate, Candied Walnuts, & Red Onion served with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Most people would have to spend big bucks at a pretentious restaurant to get a meal like this, but not us Checchio girls!  Amanda and I whipped up this 5-Star meal in an hour in Amanda's kitchen.  Yummy!
