It's Official...I'm Popular!

I cannot count how many times I have had to explain to aggravated parents that the reason their house was TP's was because their child was popular.  Well, I have finally made it to the popular crowd.  After hearing some odd rustling outside my house, I flipped on the porch light.  The squeals and scrambling from my driveway and yard were decidedly teenager-esque.
My house, more specifically by hedges, bougainvillea, lawn, and car were draped elaborately in 2-ply!  At first, I thought it must have been a case of mistaken house identity, seeing as I live relatively close to the high school.  As I began to clean up the decorations, a minivan full of teens drove up, stopped long enough to holler,"We love you Miss Checchio!" and then sped off.  A note was taped to the windshield of my car wishing me a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.
It is heartwarming to know that my students, now big time teens, have not forgotten about me :)

*** News Flash*** The culprits have now been identified - mostly CURRENT students!

You must live in an area that is still so affluent. Who can afford to play around with 2 ply anymore...1 ply maybe...but 2 ply? They must have had fun. Love you
