Knee Progress

After returning from AstroCamp, I decided to test the theory that my knee would feel the same whether I exercised or not. Now, by exercise, I mean doing Step Aerobics & yoga & Pilates - none of that high impact, evil running or jumpy cardio garbage. Well, I was right! If anything, my knee feels better!
This week marked the real improvement though. I taught 2 Step classes - one Friday morning, and another this morning. NO PAIN!!! WOO-HOO! I am wearing my brace - & doing extra stretching & icing afterwards.
I do still have the weird numbness in my knee cap - but it's become intermittent - haven't figured what triggers it yet.
